Hi, I’m Kili.
I’m a help desk technician and aspiring technical writer based in Portland, Oregon. I spend my days untangling tech problems for real people — and then turning those experiences into clear, useful documentation that helps the next person figure it out on their own.
My background is a bit of a mix: social science, conflict resolution, and several years of front line IT support across schools, government, and tech companies. That combination is actually what draws me to technical writing — I care as much about why someone is confused as I do about fixing the problem.
This portfolio is where I’m building and showcasing that work.

A Quick Note
This site is a work in progress. I’m building it as I go — both as a portfolio and as a learning exercise with Jekyll and GitHub Pages. I believe in being transparent about that, including about the use of AI tools in my workflow. You’ll find a note about that in the site footer.
